A man 73 years shooting indiscriminately in the town of Yuma, Arizona, United States, on Thursday (06/02/2011). This event resulted in six people were killed, one of which the perpetrator who then shot himself. Also, lawyers who take care of his divorce from his wife several times before.
Police suspect after that Dyess go back to Welton, stop by the roadside and then shot himself.

According to police, the perpetrators named Carey It Dyess was choosing his victims. "This is not a random act. Perpetrators choose their victims," said Police Chief Jerry Geier.

Sheriff Ralph Ogden, said the first shooting was reported shortly after 05.00 am on Welton, about 40 miles east of Yuma. Victims of a woman and is now in critical condition in hospital. Ogden said, Dyess then shot four other people around Welton before driving to Yuma and shoot Jerrod attorney Shelley at about 9:20.

Police suspect after that Dyess go back to Welton, stop by the roadside and then shot himself. His body was found in the car at around 10:47.

Jerrod attorney Shelley was shot in his office located in downtown Yuma. Shelley is an ex-wife's lawyer Dyess in the process of their divorce in 2006. According to one colleague, Dyess bursts in Shelley's office and his secretary out of the way and then shoot Shelly.

Court records show Dyess involved in two civil law cases, one in Yuma and one in Wellton. The judge also issued a warrant protection from Dyess in 2006. It is unclear who is protected, but the case was related to his divorce.
